Formula-R egg rac E?

First project for my first year engineering in Monash......actually basically we need to launch a vehicle containing a egg by using a catapult. Winners with furthest displacement will get highest marks. But this vehicle MUST not have rotating part(e.g wheels!!) and no lubricants! So, what I'm thinking of, is that the vehicle must have low frictional force between it and the ground(i.e tiles)....and of course the catapult is just made of a STANDARD rubber band!!

So, what I'm thinking, the forces to overcome are:

- Gravitational force
- Air drag
- Friction
- Forward thrust
- Weight

Even then, I currently have no group and still I have to think all by myself!
