!@#$%^& I received a letter from UC*I, they charged me for outstanding fees (over 4k) which I have not attend a single class!!!!!! I have withdrawn suppose to withdraw long ago and when I check they say they didnt recieve my withdrawal letter!!!! Da*n la!! Why Like this la..Stupid la , can anyone help me???!!! $%^&&*
